Work has begun. I work a whopping 48 hours a week and it’s absolutely exhausting, but I love every minute of it. The Band Perry concert is this Saturday, which is one of the biggest shows other than Sugarland later this summer that is happening. Yay for working a 13-14 hour shifts!!! D has gone home for the weekend to do some work on his jeep Winston with his father so I have the house all to myself. It’s kinda creepy being here all lonely. I’m going to need to Sunday to hurry up and get here, cause I miss the guy already! 

Can’t wait to start working with the ones at Wild Adventures! Friday puhhhleaseeee hurry up!

So it has kind of escaped my mind recently that I should actually write stuff every once in a blue moon instead of just posting pictures… so here it goes!

February seems like forever ago so I have a lot to fill y’all in on! Since then my life has taken a complete 360 degree turn, and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t loved every single moment of it! Shortly after my birthday I was adopted by the lacrosse team (I’m now Team Aunt) and I have literally met the nicest, most genuine  group of men that I’ve ever come across! Lets just say Spring Break with the 14 of them in PCB was a show at the least. I can’t tell you how many random people we all met, and how much I enjoyed living on the beach for an entire week! It made me realize just how much I am going to miss being home this summer and 30 minutes away from the beach instead of the 2 hours I’ll be in valdosta while working all summer (Yes, I have finally gotten a job down here! I’ll tell you all about that later on!!) After Spring Break was over Daniel (I’ll have stories about who exactly he is later also) and I went home for St. Patrick’s Day since you know, I haven’t missed one in 13 years so why start now?!? We had a blast. He got to meet mom for the first time, and semi-ly met dad since he was working the whole entire weekend, it was expected though. After the week of vacation was over it was time to come back to reality and cram, cram, cram for the last 6 weeks of school. 

On March 31, 2012 two very important things happened in my life; one a little more monumental than the other but yeah. 

First: My amazing and beautiful best friend Whitney gave birth to the most adorable bundle of joy in the world, Emerson Neil. She was a whopping 8 almost 9 pounds I think, and 21 inches long (sorry if I’m wrong whit!) Although I wasn’t able to make it up there for her birth I can’t wait to make the long trip back up to Nashville to see their beautiful faces! 

Second: Daniel and I went up to his parents house in Forsyth for the weekend to visit and all that. We decided to go sailing since well it’s one of his favorite things to do. I’d never gone before and I was slightly nervous, but with the help and guidance from him and his good friend Cody, I actually had a ton of fun! 

It is currently finals week for me and boy has it been a little crazy. I have lucked out this semester and 3 of my 5 classes actually let me take my exams early so I have been able to put all my concentration on my Bio final I have at 8AM tomorrow morning (please baby Jesus let me do well!)

Job Status: After looking for only 11 months, no biggie, I have finally been graced with a job! A great friend of mine, Kody, was able to help me get a job at Wild Adventures. Although it isn’t the dream job, I’m hoping that after time I will be able to move to their animal side and start working with and around all the animals, especially the giraffes. I think I might have a slight heart attack when it happens. I haven’t started yet, but I will begin orientation within a week or so and then as soon as that is over I’m gonna be out there working the rides!

Onto the boy story: I met him at a lacrosse party and we hit it off instantly. He is one of the weirdest, yet sweetest people I have literally ever met in my life. He’s the person that can make me laugh when I’m literally about to cry and I love it. He’s been my rock over the past 2 almost 3 months and it means more than anything to me. He’s seen me at my best, and he’s seen me at my lowest but he never forgets to remind me everyday how beautiful I am to him and how lucky he is that I’m his. His friends are amazing and his family is even better. It’s basically the typical gushy couples story but after all of the assholes I’ve dated I can say its about damn time I’ve finally found someone like him! 

Well, now that I have attempted to fill you in on everything I have spent way too much time typing and finding pictures. It’s time to study again, YAY! 1 more final and I get to head home for the weekend to get a haircut, spend time with my momma and daddy, and babysit some rotten kids to get a little extra money before I start working.
